ALL ABOUT PALOMA BEACH HOUSE - Towering in the coconut palms of North Captiva, the Paloma Beach House will serve as your own island resort. From your private ‘Crow’s Nest’ high above the treetops, you will be surrounded by breathtaking views of both the gulf and of the bay. Add to that your own ground level private heated pool – with its spirited poolside Tiki bar – and you have everything you need for a resort-style life unique even to North Captiva Island.


Stepping into the Paloma Beach House will bring you to the recently remodeled and refurnished bedroom level – situated one level down from the expansive great room, dining area, and scenic tree-top vistas. In all levels of this island home, you will be taken away by the fresh Boho beach styling – as well as the vaulted wood ceilings and Florida Cyprus beams found on the great room level.

Each of the four bedrooms on the entry level enjoys new cooling memory foam beds, luxury bedding, and stylish furniture. The main suite (with its ensuite main bath) boasts a king bed – as well as its own attached screened porch, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and pastry in the two swinging chairs.

Known for our World Class Fishing and Shelling and relish in Our Amazing White Sugar Sand Beaches, State Preserve, Wild and Sea Life, and Lush Tropical Landscape! ABOUT OUR ISLAND - North Captiva Island is an Unspoiled Remote Barrier Island in Lee County in Southwest Florida, located just offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. It lies just north of Captiva Island, separated by a channel called Redfish Pass which was created in a 1921 hurricane. It lies just south of Cayo Costa Island, separated by Captiva Pass. North Captiva Island or Upper Captiva Island is comprised of full time residents and vacation renters. There are no cars allowed and transportation on island is by foot, bike, or golf cart. We offer gorgeous sugar sand beaches, an abundance of wildlife and tropical plants and landscape, world class shelling and fishing plus two thirds of the Island are State Preserve perfect for walking trails that lead directly to the Ocean.

There are Restaurants on Island and a Bar. A Well Stocked Convenience Store and a Boating Store. Boats and Fun offers Boat Rentals and Day Trip and Fishing Charter, Fishing Gear Rentals, Golf Cart Rentals, Fat Tire Bike Rentals, Fresh Seafood Delivery, Gifts, Bathing Suits, Beach Gear etc. There is not a Traditional Grocery Store on Island. We also have Private Chefs that can cook at your Vacation Rental, Take Away Meals that can be ordered, and Cooking Classes that can be held at your Vacation Home. We also have an Island Masseuse and Photography Services Available as well as many other options for Day Trips to Cayo Costa, Boca Grande, Cabbage Key!
